Mikel Neer, 56, Leesburg, passed away at 6:30 p.m. Feb.17, 2016, in North Webster.
He was born Aug. 21, 1959, in Columbia City, to Richard D. and Phyllis Jean Grubbs Neer.
He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County.
Surviving are two brothers, Giles (and spouse Jennifer) Neer, Akron, and Chris (and spouse Gamze) Neer, Leesburg; and seven nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private services are planned.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is entrusted with arrangements.
