Michael Privett, 42, Silver Lake, passed away at 10:56 a.m. Oct. 15, 2015, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born May 9, 1973, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to William and Bonnie Dawson Privett. On July 13, 2005, in Warsaw, he was united in marriage to Starr Elder, who survives in Silver Lake.
A lifetime resident of Silver Lake, he worked for Dalton Foundry, Warsaw, as a precision grinder for 7-1/2 years. He then worked as a group leader for Owens-Corning, Goshen. He also attended Warsaw Community Church.
He was a very loving husband, father, son, grandfather, and uncle and a good friend, and was loved by many.
Also surviving are three children: Tye Lee (and spouse Jessica) Elder and Blake Clark (and companion Tirha Roberts), all of Warsaw; and Heaven Clark, Silver Clark; four grandchildren: Heaven Elder, Kaleigh Head, Kinley and Khloe Clark; his mother, Bonnie Allison, Chambersburg, Pa.; his father, William Privett, Kentucky; his brother, Jason (and spouse Erin) Allison, Warsaw; his sister, Kimberly Ripka, Chambersburg, Pa.; and his mother-in-law, Sandra Elder, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Ray Allison; his brother, Billy Privett; and his father-in-law, Glen Elder.
No services or calling are planned. Burial wil be at a later date.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
