Surviving are a son, Jay Michael Shipley (and fiance Jennie Morris and her son), all of Kansas; his ex-wife, Rhonda Shipley, Jonesboro; stepchildren, Shane, Brandon and Jeremy Keirstead and Kayla (and spouse Sam) Stanton, all of Jonesboro; a step-grandson; two sisters, Tracey (and spouse Bill) Flannery, Silver Lake, and Lisa Shipley, Mentone; and two brothers, Steven Shipley, Warsaw, and Timothy Shipley, Orlando, Fla. He was preceded in death by a sister.
