He was born March 8, 1938, in Naguilian La Union, Philippines, to Ildefonso and Silvina Arellano Marzan. On Sept. 22, 1968, he married Erlinda S. Soriano, Quezon City, Philippines, who died Aug. 1, 2003. On April 2, 2007, in Warsaw, he married Rosalinda "Rhoz" Baladad, who survives.
He lived in Warsaw since 1976, formerly of Bourbon and the Philippines. He retired from Zimmer USA and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw. He was a member and a former board member of Filipino American Association of Michiana.
Also surviving are four brothers: Rodolfo Marzan, Warsaw; Artemio Nang, Baguio City, Philippines; Nestor Nang, Naguilian La Union, Philippines; and Reynaldo Nang, Italy; and two sisters, Luz Nang Lee, Naguilian La Union, and Elenor Nang Nudas, San Gabriel, Calif.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Home, Warsaw. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bourbon.
