Robert and Penny Wagley, Akron, announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Elizabeth Wagley, Akron, to Andrew Joseph See, Roann. He is the son of Mike and Jenny See, Roann.

The bride-to-be graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School, Akron, in 2009, and is majoring in social work at Huntington University, graduating in 2013.

The groom-elect is a teacher at North Miami Elementary School, Denver, Ind. He graduated from North Miami High School, Denver, in 2005, and earned a degree in education from Huntington University in 2009.

The couple plan a Dec. 18, 2010, wedding.
