LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION SALE OF MOBILE HOMES INNKEEPERS LIEN NOTICE is hereby given that the mobile homes hereinafter described will be offered for sale by public auction by Lambert Auctions on the 3'd day of August 2010 at 4:00 o'clock p.m. at the office of Mecks Whispering Pines Inc located at 340 E Levi Lee Road, Lot 98, Warsaw, IN 46582 unless redeemed by payment of the lien as provided by law. Mecks Whispering Pines, Inc, an Indiana Corporation, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, WP 98, Warsaw, Indiana 46582 is the holder of lien upon the mobile homes being sold hereunder pursuant to I.e. 16-41-27-29 and are causing the mobile homes to be sold and this NOTICE is to be issued pursuant to I.C. 32-33-6-1.
