Dan and Diann McDairmant, Warsaw, announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa A. McDairmant, Warsaw, to Adam M. Brown, Warsaw. He is the son of Debbie Snizek, married to Robert Snizek, Warsaw, and Gene Brown, married to Suzanne Brown, Fort Wayne.

The bride-to-be is a 2003 Warsaw Community High School graduate and earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Grace College in May 2007.

The groom-elect graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2000, and will earn a bachelor's degree in secondary education and social studies from IPFW in May 2010. He served in the USMC.
