BOURBON – The Matchette Senior Center, 801 N. Harris St., Bourbon, announced events happening throughout the month of January. Besides entertainment, REAL Services dinners will be available.
• Wednesday will bring Britt Myers and Roger Rettinger, well-known area musicians, who will play piano and sing starting at 11 a.m. This program is free and open to the public.
• Melvin Mullins and Jake Elliott will play and sing at noon Thursday. This, too, is free and open to the public.
• Jan. 27 Marsha McCartney, Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth, will be available to take blood pressure and oxygen saturation readings. She will begin at noon.
• Jan. 28, Anna Corbett, Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth, will present bingo at noon. This event is open to seniors and is free. Everyone gets a prize.
• Roger Rettinger and Britt Myers return to the center Jan. 29. They will play piano and sing starting at noon.
The REAL Services dinner must be reserved by the day before the events. Donations will be taken for the dinners. To make a reservation, call Jan at 574-342-7031 or 574-305-1966 between 10 and 11 a.m.
