    Notice is hereby given that on June 20, 2011, Marshall County Rural Electric Membership Corporation filed a Petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (“IURC”) in Cause No. 44041 pursuant to Indiana Code 8-1-2.5-1 et. seq. regarding the implementation of demand side management programs and adoption of demand response tariffs or riders to implement MISO demand response programs.  A copy of the petition is on file with the IURC in its offices located at 101 W.
