Marsha Lea Herman, 69, of 2408 Sally St., Warsaw, died at 10:18 a.m. June 2, 2009, in her residence.

She was born Feb. 12, 1940, in Marion, to Kenneth Dale and Betty Hanna Green.

Living in Kosciusko County for the past 31 years, she was co-owner of Herman Tool & Machine Co., Pierceton, for many years prior to her retirement. She was a member of Warsaw Red Hat Society.

Surviving are a son, Kenneth (and spouse Teri) Herman, Syracuse; two daughters, Katrina (and spouse Javier) Garcia, Jeffersonville, and Cindy (and spouse Randy) Cunningham, Columbia City; a stepson, Greg (and spouse Gloria) Herman, Pierceton; a stepdaughter, Connie (and spouse Russ) Shafer, Leesburg; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ron (and spouse Rita) Green, Marion. She was preceded in death by a stepson.

Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastors David Salyer and Harlen Steffen officiating.

Calling is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
