Marilyn Kay Swihart, 56, of 25 EMS B 39W, Leesburg, died at 7:05 a.m. Jan. 26, 2008, in Sunnybrook Hospice House, South Bend.

She was born April 9, 1951, in Huntington, to Oral Gene and Marion Marshall Morton. On Sept. 12, 1970, in Mishawaka, she married David Swihart, who survives.

She lived in Kosciusko County since 1970, and was a homemaker.

Also surviving are a son, Michael (and spouse Tammy) Swihart, Warsaw; a daughter, Jamie W. (and companion Jolene), Pennsylvania; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

No services are planned. A private burial will be at a later date.

McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
