SYRACUSE - Margaret J. "Maggie" Goddard, 62, of Leesburg, died Feb. 24, 2010, in Mason Health & Rehab Center, Warsaw.

She was born June 5, 1947, in Wabash, to Leonard O. and Josephine B. Miller Burns. On July 23, 1965, in Leesburg, she married James A. "Jim" Goddard, who survives.

She was a lifetime area resident and attended North Webster High School. She retired from Eurest Dining Services at Zimmer Inc., Warsaw, in 2007. She formerly worked at Serenade Foods Inc., Milford, for 28 years, and Hooks Drugs and CVS Drugs, North Webster, for several years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Oswego.

Also surviving are a son, David Goddard, Cromwell; two grandchildren; a great-grandson; two sisters, Sandy (and spouse Eddie) Kuhn, Cromwell, and Bonnie Burns, Pierceton; and a brother, Leonard Burns, Warsaw.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Calvary Baptist Church of Oswego, Leesburg, with Pastors Rick Smith, Greg Harden and Mark Kelly officiating. Burial will be in North Webster Cemetery (Mock Addition).

Calling is from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse.
