Margaret F. ‘Peg’ Scott, 75, of Winona Lake, died at 12:04 a.m. April 25, 2013, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Oct. 13, 1937, in Chicago, to Robert F. Fixel and Margaret F. Hully Fixel, who preceded her in death. On Sept. 6, 1990, in Marion, she married Phillip L. Scott, who survives in Winona Lake.
She was a 1955 graduate of Marion High School and a registered dental hygienist for 30 years. She was a member of Gamma RHO Chapter of Kappa Kappa Kappa, a Girl Scout leader, Job’s daughter, attended Hoosier Girls State, loved working the yard, and loved animals to the point she took courses in kennel maintenance and animal science.
Also surviving are two daughters; a son; two stepdaughters; a step-on; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert E. Hensley.
Services will be at a later date. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
