Marcus L. Ballew, 65, of 518 Clinic St., Warsaw, died at 2:43 a.m. May 24, 2008, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

He was born July 27, 1942, in Greenville, S.C., to Marcus L. and Effie McLean Ballew.

He was a towmotor operator at Dana Weatherhead and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars 1126, American Legion Post 48 and Eagles Lodge.

No services are planned. Burial will be at a later date.

McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
