Shawn Marcus and Caleb Churchill were married at 7 p.m. June 18, 2009, at Grayton Beach State Park, Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., with Jim Churchill, the groom's father, officiating.

The bride's parents are Phil and Vicki Marcus, and the groom's parents are Laurie and Jim Churchill.

Matron of honor was Janna Turner, Noblesville, and bridesmaids were Kylie Marcus, Muncie, and Katie Hazlett, Indianapolis. Flower girl was Ella Churchill, Yorktown.

Best man was Matt Churchill, Warsaw, and groomsmen were Martin Miekczynski, Chicago, Ill.; Justin Miller, Indianapolis; David Smith, Muncie; and Adam Churchill, Warsaw.

The reception was June 27 at the Horizon Convention Center, Muncie.

The bride is a Spanish teacher at Cowan Community Schools, Muncie. She graduated from Cowan Jr.-Sr. High School in 2001, and earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish from Ball State University, Muncie, in 2005.

The groom is a production manager and executive chef at Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.

He graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2001, and earned a degree in hospitality managament from Ivy Tech, Muncie, in 2007.
