The Quiz Bowl was divided into two parts. The first half included 15 questions on 2006 year in review, and 15 more questions on outer space. After intermission, there were 15 questions on academics and 15 on cartoons.

Another asked: Which of these planets has polar ice caps? Mars, Uranus, Venus or Mercury. The answer was Mars.

All proceeds of the Quiz Bowl benefit academic programs funded by the WEF.

The winner of the Quiz Bowl takes home the traveling trophy. Plaques are awarded for first, second and third place.
