Man Sought by Police Caught

Deputies, with the assistance of the Indiana State Police, took Matthew Scott Boggs, 41, Warsaw, into custody this morning shortly before 2 a.m., according to a release from KCSD. Boggs has numerous charges and pending court cases including forgery, stalking, theft, invasion of privacy and possession of methamphetamine.
Boggs was initially arrested Feb. 3 and held on $4,000 bond, according to arrest records. KCSD announced Feb. 20 they were seeking the public’s help in locating him, noting his bond was set at that time at $200,000.
Information provided by numerous citizens led Kosciusko County deputies to a location in the Barbee Lake area south of North Webster, the release states.
He is being held without bond by order of Kosciusko County Superior Court I.[[In-content Ad]]
