Man Pleads Guilty in February Stabbing

Juan C. Alvarado, 25, Milford, was arrested Feb. 21 on preliminary charges of attempted murder after emergency personnel found Ruben Enciso, 39, Warsaw, in the Suburban Acres Mobile Home Park where he had reportedly been stabbed approximately 14 times.
Detectives stated that Alvarado had arrived at the residence earlier that night and confronted Enciso in a back bedroom and subsequently attacked him.
Alvarado fled the scene but was later apprehended at another residence.
Sentencing for the aggravated battery charge – a Class B felony – is scheduled for Oct. 7.
