Heinzman allegedly stole the Dodge from a woman in Kosciusko County on Saturday, according to the affidavit of probable cause provided by Kosciusko County officials. Then on Tuesday, KCSD responded to a reported burglary. The homeowner told police she returned home to find her backdoor and basement window open.
