Loy H. Stover, 76, Warsaw, passed away at 8:43 p.m. July 2, 2015, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born June 15, 1939, in Howard County, to Esmond and Bessie Lovel Stover. On March 4, 1961, in Kokomo, he married Maxine Mills, who survives in Warsaw.
He was a 1958 graduate of Kokomo High School and he served in the United States Army. He was employed for 40 years by Fleet Inc. and retired in 2005 as an environmental and safety director. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Warsaw, where he was an elder.
Also surviving are: two daughters, Laura Hunter and Leslie Oberg, both of Warsaw; a son, Michael (and spouse Jennifer) Stover, North Manchester; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Roselee (and spouse Stanley) White, Mooresville. He was preceded in death by three brothers.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Warsaw, with elder Ray Salazar officiating.
Calling is from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday also at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Titus Funeral Home,Warsaw, is entrusted with arrangements.
