Lorene “Rene” Grant Weller died June 22, 2011, in Brighton Gardens, Prairie Village, Kan., after having been under hospice care for the last several months.
She was born March 16, 1924, in Oklahoma, to Claude and Annie Mae Grant. She was preceded in death by three husbands, Donald R. DeMuth, Forest Eherenman and Lloyd Wayne Weller.
Surviving are a sister; two sons, including Barry (and spouse Debbie) DeMuth, Warsaw; a stepson; a stepdaughter; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a daughter and a sister.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. today at Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
