NORTH MANCHESTER - Lois Geiser, 88, of North Manchester, died at 10:50 p.m. Oct. 27, 2009, in her residence.

She was born Oct. 27, 2009, in Marshall County, to Wilbur and Lulu Moore Martin. On Jan. 20, 1952, she married Franklin M. Geiser, who survives.

She was a homemaker and bookkeeper at Essex Wire, Fort Wayne, for eight years and Dalton Foundries, Warsaw, for a year. She was a member of United Methodist Church, North Manchester, and of the United Methodist Women. She graduated from Central High School, North Manchester.

Surviving are a son, David (and spouse Lynn) Geiser, Oakwood Hills, Ill.; two stepdaughters, Sandra Shrock, Lima, Ohio, and Betty Geiser, Lagrange; and a step-grandchild. She was preceded in death by three brothers.

A graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester, with the Rev. David Overmyer officiating.

Calling is from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester.
