By Laurie Hahn, Times-Union Staff Writer-

Is there a member of your staff who deserves special recognition? Or maybe you want to treat your entire staff to a special lunch?

Kosciusko Literacy Services is holding its second annual Staff Appreciation Luncheon at noon April 24. This year the luncheon will be held at Center Lake Pavilion and will feature a "back-to-school" theme, with gourmet lunches, door prizes, an audience participation game and other entertainment.

The luncheon also is a fund-raiser for KLS, a nonprofit agency that provides tutors and programs for various literacy and English-as-a-second-language efforts in Kosciusko County.

This year's luncheon will feature a "Staffer of the Year" award. Nominations for the award should be made by the staff member's boss and sent to the KLS office, in the Alternative Learning Center, 1802 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw.

The Staffer of the Year and the nominator must work at the same company, the nominee must be working for the nominator and the nominee must be from Kosciusko County.

The winner of this award will receive several gifts, including a free six-month family membership to the YMCA, a free 30-minute massage and other prizes.

Nomination forms are available at the Warsaw/Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce on South Buffalo Street and the KLS office.

Tickets to the luncheon are $25 per person and reservations can be made by calling the KLS office at 267-5380.
