Lincoln and Claypool Elementary teachers participated in Junior Achievement’s “Are You Ready for Some FootBOWL!” Bowl-A-Thon Nov. 1. The Claypool team was sponsored by Symmetry Medical. Their combined efforts raised $405 for JA. This year more than 4,000 Warsaw, Tippecanoe Valley, Sacred Heart and Lakeland Christian students will receive hands-on experiences to help them understand entrepreneurship and financial literacy while preparing them for the work force. The fundraising event will help JA to provide learning opportunities for more students. JA is still in need of volunteers.
