The applications are due to a WCHS guidance counselor or the Community Foundation of Wabash County, 218 E. Main St., North Manchester, by March 1. Contact the WCHS guidance office or Foundation Program Officer Sarah Hawkins Moan at 260-982-4824 or [email protected] with questions.
