He was born Feb. 15, 1934, to Seward and Bernice Irvine Harman.
He graduated from Atwood High School in 1952 and attended Manchester College. He owned an electronics business. He attended the Church of God.
Surviving are three daughters: Victoria Blaser, Mission Veijo, Calif.; Debra Harman, Mishawaka; and Ruth (and spouse Charles) Lichnerowicz, South Bend; three grandchildren; a stepgrandchild; five great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; a brother, Theodore (and spouse Marilyn) Harman, Cambridge, Mass.; a sister, Chearyl (and spouse Max) Miller, Warsaw; a half sister, Judith (and spouse Ray) Miller, Etna Green; former wife, Carol Harman, Mesa; two stepchildren, Jim (and spouse Denise) Hensley, Elkhart, and Theresa (and spouse Aron) Butterfield. He was preceded in death by a brother.
His remains were donated for research and cremated. A private memorial service is planned.[[In-content Ad]]
