He was born Sept. 16, 1931, in Paterson, N.J., to Charles and Isabel Cusick. On June 12, 1954, in Sacred Heat Catholic Church, Pompton Lakes, N.J., he married Joan Millonzi, who survives.
He attended Wayne Schools, Pompton Lakes High School and received a bachelor's degree in arts and science from Seton Hall University, South Orange, N.J. He faithfully served his nation in the US Army and attained the rank of corporal. He was stationed at the US Pentagon, Washington, DC. He worked at Big Boy Products, Warsaw, as a sales manager, vice-president of marketing and chief executive officer for 23 years. He continued his career at Pylon Manufacturing as vice-president of marketing for an additional 10 years. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed his retirement playing golf at boca Raton Country Club. In addition, he was a former longtime member of Tippecanoe Lake Country Club, Leesburg, and Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw.
Also surviving are two sons, Michael (and spouse Linda) and Christopher, all of Chicago, Ill.,; three grandchildren, Ryan, Sean and Marie; three sisters, Marie, Isabel and Rita; and two brothers, Robert and Charles.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Jude Catholic Church, Boca Raton. Burial will be at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of local arrangements.
