Lakeland Christian Academy announced a June summer driver education program for the community.

Driving for students is available before or after the morning classroom sessions, 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

This community year-round driver education program includes more than nine hours of behind-the-wheel experiences, manual shift instruction, skid control, trailer backing, emergency techniques, updated computer lab/software, guest speakers, driving simulation and more.

Any community parent or guardian can enroll students on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact the LCA office at 574-267-7265 for more information.

Cost of this driver education program is $290, with half due at registration and the other half due the first day of class. Financial assistance is available for qualifying students.[[In-content Ad]]
