Andrew has been team captain of both the varsity soccer and varsity basketball teams and has received school and national recognition for his athletic accomplishments.

He has been recognized by the Association of Christian Schools International as a distinguished Christian High School student, has received the LCA Character and Citizenship Award, and, during his junior year, was a member of the school's mission trip to the island of Bonaire.
