Not only is our own state leaders trying to destroy our unions, it seems the government is in on it, too. You need to go to the New York Times web page and find the opinion pages a article called “Crippling the Right to Organize”. As it stands now, come Jan.1 you will lose your right to be represented by a union and most companies will not voluntarily deal with unions nor will they be required to.

Seems there are two vacant seats on the labor board that our supreme leader in Washington has failed to appoint anyone to. He said he was going to appoint two pro-labor attorneys to these positions but has not done so. It goes on to say that even if he did they probably would not get confirmed in time. A very long article that I suggest you read, you will find that your right to be a union member is under attack not only from our state but from the government thugs as well.

Mr. Daniels has came out and said he supports the right to work law for Indiana, what a shock! I would guess he will get it, he is what I call a political gangster. He don’t give a rat’s behind about what the people want as long as he gets what he wants. He also has the pal of his from Indy who thinks jobs are going to pour into Indy when the RTW law goes into effect. Old Mitch was the one who sold our toll roads, which hasn’t came back to bite us in the butt yet but I’m sure it will.

So as our state and Washington try to take away one of the very fabrics that made this country and state great, I wish all a merry Christmas. I’m hoping and praying at this time next year we can all set back and say it was a good year.
