Kubacki Gets Indiana Farm Bureau Endorsement

July 28, 2016 at 4:25 p.m.

By Staff Report-

Indiana Farm Bureau ELECT, the political action committee of Indiana Farm Bureau, has endorsed Rebecca Kubacki in the primary race for Indiana House District 22.
The district encompasses parts of Elkhart and Kosciusko counties. Because Indiana Farm Bureau’s PAC is grassroots-driven, it is more complicated than most. With the ELECT endorsement, candidates have made it through the multi-step process to gain the organization’s support.
“We are pleased to endorse Rebecca Kubacki for Indiana House District 22,” said Megan Ritter, director of public policy for Indiana Farm Bureau.
“We look forward to working with her in her tenure in the Indiana House of Representatives.”
“Rep. Kubacki understands the importance of agriculture to Indiana,” Ritter added. “The primary endorsement of Rebecca Kubacki by IFB ELECT is recognition of her support of policy priorities for agriculture, farm families and rural Indiana.”
Indiana Farm Bureau is the state’s largest farm organization, with 270,000 members including 70,000 farmer members throughout the state.
