KOSCIUSKO COUNTY SOLID WASTE - NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Kosciusko County Solid Waste Management District (KCSWMD)/KC Recycling Depot will receive sealed bids for a Pole Barn Extension on the existing building and the residing of the North and South sides of the existing building at 220 South Union Street, Warsaw, In 46580. Bids will be accepted until April 10, 11:00 AM local time at the KCSWMD office. At which time said Bids will be opened and read aloud.
Specifications are on file at the KC Recycling office. Bids must be executed on Indiana General Revised Form 96, prescribed by the State Board of Accounts of Indiana, must be completely filled out, attested, and submitted with the Proposal. In addition, for bids over $100,000 all sections of Part II must be completed. The bidder shall be licensed in Kosciusko County, Indiana
Each proposal must be in a sealed envelope marked “sealed Bid: Pole Barn Extension and Residing”, with the name and address of the bidder on the front of the envelope. No bidder may withdraw for a period of (60) days after the actual date of bid opening. The successful bidder shall furnish an acceptable performance, labor and material bond in an amount equal to 100% of the full contract sum. An irrevocable letter of credit for an equivalent amount from an Indiana financial institution may be provided in lieu of a bond.
The Board of the KCSWMD reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, to and waive any informality in the bidding, and to accept a full or partial award of the bid, which in its judgment will be to the best interest of the KCSWMD.
