NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS AND ALL OTHER PERSONS
AFFECTED OF ADOPTION AND CONTENT OF RESOLUTION OF THE
KOSCIUSKO COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
    Taxpayers of the Kosciusko County Redevelopment District ("District"), and all other persons affected hereby, are notified that the Kosciusko County Redevelopment Commission ("Commission") adopted a Declaratory Resolution on February 14, 2013, as confirmed by a Confirmatory Resolution adopted following a public hearing on April 11, 2013 (collectively, "Area Resolution"), establishing the Trupointe Cooperative, Inc. Economic Development Area ("Original Area") and Allocation Area ("Original Allocation Area"), and approving the Economic Development Plan for the Original Area ("Original Plan").  On May 14, 2015 the Commission adopted Resolution No. 15-05-14-001 ("Amending Declaratory Resolution") amending the Area Resolution and Original Plan to expand the Original Area by adding approximately +/- 2,000 new acres to the Original Area all of which will also constitute an expansion of the Original Allocation Area.  On July 9, 2015, the Commission will further amend the Area Resolution by designating Poly-Wood, Inc. and Maple Leaf Farms, Inc. as "designated taxpayers" for purposes of capturing increases in depreciable personal property assessed value in the Original Allocation Area, as expanded.
    The Amending Declaratory Resolution, the Original Plan, as amended, and supporting data, including a map and plat describing the Original Area, as expanded, have been prepared and can be inspected at the Kosciusko County Board of Commissioners Office, Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana  46580.
    Notice is further given that the Commission on July 9, 2015, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., local time, at the Kosciusko Courthouse at 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, in the Old Courtroom located on the Third Floor, will receive and hear remonstrances from persons interested in or affected by the proceedings pertaining to the Amending Declaratory Resolution and the Original Plan, as amended.  At the time fixed for hearing or at any time prior thereto any person interested in the proceedings may file a written remonstrance with the Secretary of the Commission in the Kosciusko County Board of Commissioners' Office.  At such hearing, which may be adjourned from time to time, the Commission will hear all persons interested in the proceedings and all remonstrances that have been filed.  After considering this evidence, the Commission will take final action by either confirming, modifying and confirming, or rescinding the Amending Declaratory Resolution.
