Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a public hearing, on a petition remanded back to the Board of Zoning Appeals by the Kosciusko County Superior Court No. 1 Judge, (Case Number 13023V - Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals, Cause Number 43D01-1305-PL-44 - Kosciusko County Superior Court #1), filed by MICHAEL PAPP requesting a Variance from the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance to allow:
Existing enclosed carport to remain as placed 21 feet from the road right-of-way and 1 foot from a north side property line, (no permit or hearing). Wants to convert enclosed carport into living quarters.
This matter is being remanded back to the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals by the Kosciusko County Superior Court No. 1 Judge "for further proceedings to consider time limitations for Mr. Papp to come into compliance with the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance and to reconsider whether or not any fine should be assessed."
Property Location: Key # 007-100-020, located at 9247 N Koher Road, Syracuse, Indiana and lying on the west side of Koher Road and 1240 feet North of County Road 900 North, on the eastern side of Lake Papakeechie. Property is also known as lot 23 in the Lake Papakeechie Subdivision No.2.
This hearing will be in the Multi-Purpose Room, in the basement of the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 N. Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana, on Tuesday the 8th day of October, 2013 at 9:30 A.M. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Area Planning Department, Courthouse, Warsaw, Indiana, no later than 4:00 P.M. on the Friday before the hearing.
