    Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Plan Commission shall hold a Public Hearing on applications filed by Parkview Health System, Inc. requesting approval of a Site Plan and Subdivision  to allow medical offices and hospital on property located at 1355 Mariners Drive, Warsaw, IN  46580 and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
    Legal Description of Key Number 004-013-044
    LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A part of the Fractional Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and further being a part of that 37.23 acre Kosciusko Community YMCA tract as found in Document No. 2012010659, in particular described as follows to wit:

    This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, July 14, 2014, at 7:00 PM.
