Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Herbert Miller Requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Public Use District to a Residential District, The Following Real Estate, located at Key Number: 020-032-268 and on the North side of Fourth St. and East of Henry St. in Van Buren Township.And Described As Follows, To Wit:
Land situated in the County of Kosciusko, State of Indiana, is described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 34 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at an iron pin found 66.0 feet (4 rods) North of an iron pipe found at the northwest corner of Lot Number 12, Block Number 3 in the Original Plat of the Village of Milford, now the incorporated Town of Milford Junction, said iron pin being at the point of intersection of the north right-of-way line of Fourth Street and the east right-of-way line of Henry Street; thence East, on and along said north right-of-way line, a distance of 60.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker" found at the southwest corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 2000081569 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana, said iron pin being situated 0.7 feet East of and 1.2 feet North of an iron pipe found; thence Northerly, by an interior angle of 89 degrees 47 minutes, on and along the west line of said tract of land in Document Number 2000081569, being parallel to said east right-of-way line, a distance of 128.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker" found at the northwest corner of said tract of land in Document Number 2000081569, said iron pin being situated 0.6 feet East of an iron pipe found; thence East, by a deflection angle to the right of 90 degrees 13 minutes, on and along the north line of said tract of land in Document 2000081569, being parallel to said north right-of-way line, a distance of 60.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker" found at the northeast corner of said tract of land in Document Number 2000081569, said iron pin being on the west line of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 93-07-1188 in said records; thence Northerly, by an interior angle of 89 degrees 47 minutes, on and along said west line, being parallel to said east right-of-way line, a distance of 58.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker" found at the northwest corner of said tract of land in Document Number 93-07-1188, said iron pin being on the south line of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 94-08-0749 in said records; thence West, by an interior angle of 90 degrees 13 minutes, on and along said south line, being parallel to said north right-of-way line, a distance of 120.0 feet to a 5/8-inch diameter iron pin capped "Walker" at the southwest corner of said tract of land in Document Number 94-08-0749, said iron pin being on said east right-of-way line, said iron pin being situated 0.1 feet West of and 0.5 feet North of an iron pipe found; thence Southerly, by an interior angle of 89 degrees 47 minutes, on and along said east right-of-way line, a distrance of 186.0 feet (recorded 188 feet) the the point of beginning.
