Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Leesburg Partners requesting an amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Agriculture District to a Commercial District, the following real estate, located at Key Number 029-032-003 and on the South side of School St. and East of SR 15 in Plain Township and Described As Follows, To Wit: Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8-inch diameter rebar with an identification cap stamped "T-E INC FIRM ID #0070" (hereinafter referred to as "T-E cap") marking the intersection of the East Right-of-way line of State Highway 15 with the South Right-of-way line of School Street; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East (assuming bearing and basis of all bearing in this description) on and along the South right-of-way line of School Street, 375.00 feet to a "T-E cap"; thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes 06 seconds West, 200.00 feet to a "T-E cap"; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 375.00 feet to a "T-E cap" on the East right-of-way line of State Highway 15; thence North 00 degrees 09 minutes 06 seconds East on and along the East right-of-way line of State Highway 15, 200.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.722 acres more or less, and being subject to and/or together with all easements and rights-of-way of record.
This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Commercial Uses As Defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room In The Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W. Center St., Warsaw, IN On Wednesday, March 4, 2015 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Of The Hearing.
