Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed Renee Hursey Trust requesting an amendment to the Turkey Creek Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Residential District to an Agriculture District, the following real estate, located: 007-098-167, an West Side Wild Cherry Ln, North of Mulberry Dr and described as follows, to wit:
A tract of land located in the South Fractional Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, and in the North Fractional Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron post on the East line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 25, said iron post being 1705.58 feet North of the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 25; thence North 71 degrees 39 minutes West, 857.2 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 01 degree 07 minutes West 1119.8 feet to a steel post; thence East 114.0 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Turkey Creek; thence on and along the centerline of Turkey Creek in a Southeasterly direction to the point of intersection of the centerline of Turkey Creek and the East line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 24; thence South 997.7 feet, more or less to the place of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom the Plat of Tecumwah Valley Addition, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 90, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Tuesday, September 4, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
