Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Devon & Laura Hochstetler requesting a Subdivision and Plat approval for the following real estate, 033-015-004. an 13.5 acres on the southwest corner of the intersection of County Road 700 West and 1350 North and described as follows, to wit:
A part of the east half of the east half of the southeast quarter of section 6, township 34 north, range 5 east, Second Principal Meridian, Jefferson Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said southeast quarter of section 6; thence south 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west, along the east line of said southeast quarter of section , a distance of 889.54 feet to the northeast corner of Deed Record 20040001975; thence south 89 degrees 23 minutes 27 seconds west, along the north line of said Deed Record 20040001975 and its extension, a distance of 661.21 feet to the west line of said east half of the east half of the southeast quarter of section 6; thence north 00 degrees 01 minute 02 seconds west, along the west line of said east half of the east half of the southeast quarter of section 6, a distance of 890.04 feet to the northwest corner of said east half of the east half of the southeast quarter of section 6; thence north 89 degrees 26 minutes 01 seconds east, along the north line o said southeast quarter of section 6, a distance of 661.47 feet to the point of beginning of this description. Subject to all easements, restrictions, covenants and right of ways of record.
This hearing will be held at Commissioners Room on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
