NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Zile Family requesting an amendment to the Lake Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Public Use District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 018-069-026.C an North Side Sycamore St & 533' West Sr 15 and described as follows, to wit: A tract of land located in the northeast quarter of section 7, township 30 north, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, containing 0.23 acres, more or less, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the northeast quarter of said section 7, said point being on the centerline of Main Street; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west (assumed bearing) along the north line of said quarter and along said street centerline 624.1 feet; thence south 00 degrees 44 minutes 59 seconds west (south recorded), 220.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron bar; and the point of beginning; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east, 44.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron bar; thence south 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west, 100.04 feet to a 5/8 inch iron bar on the north line of Sycamore Street; thence north 89 degrees 46 minutes 58 seconds west, along said north line, 100.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron bar; thence north 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east, 99.66 feet to a 5/8 inch iron bar; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east, 56.00 feet to the point of beginning. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Residential uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
