NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Trupointe requesting an amendment to the VanBuren Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agricultural District to an Industrial District, the following real estate, located: 027-014-002.27-14-3B, 27-14-3A, 27-14-3AA, 27-14-3, 27-13-1B, 27-13-1C, 27-13-1, 27-16-RR an South Side 1400 N, 0' west of 100 E and described as follows, to wit:
    This legal description has been created for the purposes of a rezoning application before the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission purposes;
    The Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 6 East and the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 6 East, more particularly described as follows:
    Beginning at the Northeast comer of the Northeast Quarter of the Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 6 East (also known as the southwest comer of 100 E and 1400 N) thence west on and along the north line of northeast and northwest quarters \ to the northwest comer of the Northwest Quarter of the Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 6, then south along the west line of the Northwest Quarter of the Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 6 (the east line of the Conrail Railroad Right-of-way) to the southwest comer of the Quarter; thence east along the south lines of the Northwest and Northeast Quarters of the Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 6 to the west right-of-way of 100 E, thence north along the east line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 6 East to the place of beginning.
    Also a tract of ground located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 4 Township 34 North, Range 6 East beginning at the southwest comer of the intersection of 1350 N and 100 E., thence running west to the north railroad right-of-way of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, thence east to the west right-of-way line of 100 E, thence north to the place of beginning.
    This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Commercial uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
    The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later  than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
