Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Margaret and Terry Likens Requesting An Amendment To The Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From An Agricultural District To A Residential District, The Following Real Estate, Located at Key Number: 005-055-014.D and on the South Side of Backwater Rd and 900 Feet East of SR 13 in Tippecanoe Township and Described As Follows, To Wit: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, Tippecanoe Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, further described as follows:
Commencing at a bronze marker at the Northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence West (basis of bearings) 1710.03 feet along the North line of said Southwest Quarter to the Point of Beginning; thence South 14 degrees 09 minutes 17 seconds West 164.34 feet; thence West 85 feet; thence North 00 degrees 03 minutes 33 seconds East 159.35 feet to a point on the North line of said Southwest Quarter; thence East 125.02 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 0.38 acre more or less.
This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose Residential Uses as Defined In the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 W. Center St., Warsaw On Wednesday, October 01, 2014 At 1:00 P.M.
All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Of The Hearing.
