NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Jason Knepp requesting an amendment to the VanBuren Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agricultural District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 027-041-002. an West Side 300 E, 231' South 1300 N and described as follows, to wit: The south 500' of the west 350' of the west 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of section 14, twp 33 north, range 7 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana. A tract of land in the east half of the northeast quarter of section 11, township 34 north, range 6 east, 2nd p.m., VanBuren Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, further described as follows: Beginning at a mag nail on the east line of the said northeast quarter being 248.00 feet south 01 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west (south record) of the northeast corner of said northeast quarter; thence south 01 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west (south record) along the said east line of the northeast quarter, 725.25 feet to a mag nail; thence north 89 degrees 16 minutes 11 seconds west, (north 15 degrees 38 minutes west record) 832.95 feet to a 5/8 inch capped iron rebar; thence south 89 degrees 16 minutes 11 seconds east (east record) 1,002.90 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence south 02 degrees 05 minutes 49 seconds west (south 1 degree 22 minutes west record) 75.70 feet to a 5/8 inch capped iron rebar; thence south 88 degrees 26 minutes 42 seconds east 213.31 feet (south 89 degrees 22 minutes east 213.8 feet record) to the point of beginning, and containing 20.00 acres, more or less.
