NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Jack & Karen Moon requesting an amendment to the Seward Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 025-008-001.C an N Side 500 S. 0' West Scott Rd and described as follows, to wit: A tract of land located in the State of Indiana, County of Kosciusko, Township of Seward, being a portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 31 North, Range 5 East, bounded on the South and East by a County Highway and more fully described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 31 North, Range 5 East, being a railroad spike, located on the center line of County Road 500 South; thence north 88 degrees 45 minutes east, along the south line of the southeast quarter, 653.57 feet to a PK Nail and the point of beginning; thence north 2 degrees 37 minutes west, 550.99 feet to an iron point of beginning; thence 43 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds west, 51.08 feet to an iron pin; thence north 11 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds west, 57.61 feet to an iron pin; thence north 0 degrees 27 minutes west, 856.75 feet to an iron pin; thence north 88 degrees 43 minutes east, 644.7 feet to an iron pin located in the center line of a County Road; thence south 2 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds east, 511.55 feet along said centerline to an iron pin; thence south 20 degrees 03 minutes west, 373.92 feet along said center line to a PK nail; thence south 3 degrees 08 minutes east, 642.88 feet along said centerline to an iron pin; thence south 88 degrees 45 minutes west, 498.13 feet along the centerline of County Road 500 south to the point of beginning. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Residential uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
