Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Michael & Pamel Hamman requesting an amendment to the Plain Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to a Industrial 2 District, the following real estate, located: 029-132-007.B an North side 200 N, 280' West Cessna Rd and described as follows, to wit:

EXHIBIT A - LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land located in the State of Indiana. County of Kosciusko, Township of Plain, being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, bounded on the South by County Road 200 North and more fully described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southwest comer of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, said Township and Range; thence South 89 degrees 35 minutes East, 438.25 feet along the South line of said Section, also being the centerline of County Road 200 North, to the Point of Beginning; thence North 00 degrees 30 minutes East, 275.0 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 degrees 35 minutes East, 158.4 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 00 degrees 30 minutes West, 275.0 feet to a railroad spike located on said South line of Section 33 North, also being the centerline of County Road 200 North; thence North 89 degrees 35 minutes West 158.4 feet along said South line to the Point of Beginning.
This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Industrial II uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
