Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Martin & Edna Dider requesting Subdivision and Plat approval for the following real estate, located 007-034-001 an North Side of Cornelius Road and East of Eastshore Drive and described as follows, to wit:

Beginning at a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" at the point of intersection of the East right-of-way line of East Drive with the North right-of-way line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad; thence N08°-49'-00"E, on and along said East right-of-way, a distance of 150.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence S81°-30'-00"E, a distance of 137.99 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence S08°-30'-00"W, a distance of 149.86 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" on the North right-of-way line of said railroad; thence N81°-33'-35"W, on and along said North right-of-way line, a distance of 138.81 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.476 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal right-of-way, subject to all legal drain easements and all other easements of record.

This hearing will be held at Commissioners Court Room on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
