NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Todd Woolums requesting an amendment to the Tippecanoe Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to a Commercial District, the following real estate, located: 005-085-007, 006,005 an West Side SR 13 and described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the southeast corner of the east half of the northeast quarter of section 22, township 33 north, range 7 east, and running thence north along the east line of said section a distance of 820 feet to a point; thence west 183.8 feet; thence north 86 feet to the place of beginning; thence north 214 feet; thence east 183.8 feet; thence south 214 feet; thence west 183.8 feet to the place of beginning. A tract of land located in the east half of section 18, township 33 north, range 7 east, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, better described as follows: Commencing at the east quarter post of section 18; thence north 876.5 feet to an iron pipe; thence south 53 degrees 53 minutes west, 662.7 feet to an iron pipe; thence south 8 degrees 34 minutes east, 697.1 feet to an iron pipe for a place of beginning; thence south 8 degrees 34 minutes east, 70 feet to an iron pipe; thence south 81 degrees 26 minutes west, 153 feet, more or less, to the low water line of a channel; thence northwesterly along the said low water line of a channel 70 feet, more or less, to a point; thence north 81 degrees 26 minutes east, 153 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning, (tract 10). Commencing at the southeast corner of the east half of the northeast quarter of section 22, township 33 north, range 7 east, and running thence north along the east line of said section a distance of 820 feet to the principal place of beginning of this description; running thence south 75 feet; thence west 183.8 feet; thence north 75 feet; thence east 183.8 feet to the place of beginning. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Commercial uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
