    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Swiss Perfection Requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify from an Industrial 2 District to a Commercial District, The Following Real Estate, located at Key Number: 008-030-274 and On the East side of Huntington St. and 0' North of Baltimore St. in Turkey Creek Township And Described As Follows, To Wit:
    TRACT I:
    Lot numbered twenty-seven (27) in the Hillabold's Addtion to the Town of Syracuse, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 143 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    TRACT II:
    Lot numbered twenty-eight (28) in the Hillabold's Addtion to the Town of Syracuse, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 143 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    TRACT III:
    Lot numbered twenty-nine (29) in the Hillabold's Addtion to the Town of Syracuse, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 143 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    TRACT IV:
    Lot numbered thirty (30), also the North End of Sixth Street adjacent to lot thirty (30) on the East and lying between Baltimore Street and the Baltimore and Ohio Railway Company's ground, all in Hillabold's Addtion to the Town of Syracuse, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 143 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Beginning at a concrete base for a metal sign post at the Northwest Corner of Lot twenty-five (25) in M. Hillabold's Addition to the Town of Syracuse, Indiana, said point also lying on the East Line of Fifth Street (State Road 13) North 00 degrees 07 minutes 59 seconds East 206.56 feet; thence parallel and distant 18 feet from the centerline of the South Track of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, South 84 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds East 783.77 feet to a rebar set on the West Line of Seventh Street; thence with the West Line of Seventh Street; South 00 degrees 07 minutes 59 seconds West 120.79 feet to a rebar set; thence along the North Line of M. Hillabold's Addition, South 89 degrees 30 minutes 36 seconds West 780.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
    This Change is requested to permit the Above Described Real Estate to be used for the purpose of Commercial and Industrial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
    This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W. Center St., Warsaw, IN On Wednesday, April 6, 2016 At 1:00 P.M.      All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
