NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by William Kelly requesting an amendment to the Seward Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 025-070-005.A an North Side 850 S & East of 600 W and described as follows, to wit: A parcel of land in the west 1/2 of section 26, township 31 north, range 5 east in Kosciusko County, Indiana being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 26, township 31 north, range 5 east said point being on the centerline of County Road 600 West; thence north 00 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds east along the centerline of County Road 600 West and the West lie of said section 26 a distance of 329.0 feet; thence south 88 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 1795.25 feet, thence south 00 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds west, a distance of 596.0 feet; thence north 88 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds west, along the centerline of the existing 16 foot roadway a distance of 1606.55 feet; thence north 00 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds west along a fence line a distance of 267.0 feet; thence north 88 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds west along the fence line and north line of a cemetery a distance of 186.0 feet to the point of beginning.
