Bill and Laura Koehler, Belleville, Ill., announce the engagament of their daughter, Melissa Koehler, Belleville, to Scott Kiser, Pierceton. He is the son of Janet Kiser, Pierceton.

The bride-to-be is a recreation therapist at ADEC Inc, Elkhart. She is a 2004 graduate of Belleville East High School, Belleville. She received an associate's degree in recreation therapy from Indiana Institute of Technology in 2007.

The groom-elect is employed at Warsaw Chemical. He is a gradaute of Whitko High School, South Whitley.
